D.H.A ISLAMABAD

DHA Islamabad is an expansive housing project that is located at the junction of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. DHA Islamabad is an approved project under the special Presidential Ordinance 2005. The DHA Islamabad Act 2013 was also approved by the National Assembly of Pakistan. DHA Islamabad Master Plan

Road as the entrance gate is located right alongside one of the largest hospitals in Rawalpindi, Fauji Foundation Hospital. Currently, there are a total of 4,971 commercial and residential units. The infrastructure is completely developed with a residential community and commercial areas. 

DHA Phase 2 Islamabad

Located between GT Road and Islamabad Highway DHA phase II comprises approx 15,075 kanals. The ideal location and modern amenities allow the residents to enjoy convenience, security, and harmony at their very best.

Phase 2 of DHA Islamabad is currently the most commercially active among all phases. It is home to educational institutes like APS, and DHA Education System, and projects like AL Ghurair Giga Mall, etc.

It can either be accessed from DHA Phase I from one side or Adyala Road from the other side. Launched in 2015 it has an area allocation of over 4000 Kanals. DHA Phase 5 Islamabad

DHA Phase VI is located near T-Chowk Rawat. DHA Phase VI is connected with Islamabad Expressway via DHA Expressway. It is also close to Rawat Industrial Estate. The plan is spread over an area of 55,000 Kanals and includes Overseas Sector and DHA Valley.
